Coming home...

Yeah, that´s how it felt to reach the house in Cape Coral. The house is wonderful with all the amenities that makes life easy and comfortable. The house is incredibly well positioned at the end of a broad, quiet canal with a perfect view from the terrace/pool area and a wonderful pool.
Michael and me enjoying the pool.

Family fun in the pool. Being in the pool is the only way to stay comfortable in the sun as the temperatures are around 30-35 deg. C and the humidity is very high.

Philip has caught a lot of catfish by our own dock. Here, a nice evening picture.

Out in the boat. There was a lot to learn and a lot to keep in mind, to go safely out in the boat. But with GPS navigation, sonar, and sea charts, we were well equipped.

Captain Philip driving the boat.

Party boat with load music and babes...

My evening exercise: The house has two kayaks and they are pretty good fitness toys. This evening Hiroko came along. You can go as long as you please on the endless labyrinth of canals and watch the incredible houses and boats some people have here.

Catfish (Philip's), shark (from the shop) and lobstertails on the grill. It was all very good, but especially the lobster developed a very nice flavor on the grill.

Michael still playing in the pool while I was grilling.
